Exclusive urban villas in historical style
In the Marburg city centre two newly built villas have appeared which blend in well with the historical ambient. The colour design of the facades has a simple, but noble effect, so that the details come to bear. On closer inspection fine colour accents are revealed.
The villas were built true to detail and in historical style based on the existing buildings from the art nouveau and industrial periods with bays and small towers. The builder was ARCUS creatives bauen GmbH + Co. KG, a subsidiary of the companies Gade and Dilling, Kirchhain. The project is appropriate to the zeitgeist and links the historical overall impression with the latest technology.
The very well-equipped, exclusive 14 apartments and commercial rooms are characterised by a high level of working and living comfort. Each apartment has a large sunny balcony or a spacious patio. In addition, both houses possess an underground car park, a ramp for the disabled and lifts. An innovative energy concept (low energy) with a central ventilation system with heat recovery, modern gas-burning technology, consistent use of rainwater and thermal insulation of the facade with acoustic attenuation technology provides a reduction in ancillary costs and conservation of the environment "Visually, a very sophisticated construction has been created with a modern energy concept, which excellently matches the city scene," describes Caparol Field Sales employee, Udo Janoth.
The facade was insulated with especially thermally insulating and thermally insensitive grey-white spotted Capatect Dalmatinerplatten 160 insulation boards. The paint coating on the K 50 mineral render was carried out with the facade paint, ThermoSan from Caparol. Thermosan is a special silicon-resin based facade paint for protection against algae and fungal attack, for long-lasting moisture protection and for high water vapour permeability. The painter operation carrying out the work was GADE IHR Komplettlöser GmbH, Kirchhain.
